Returns
We do not accept any returns. All sales are final.

Clearance & Retired Styles
All items purchased from our Clearance page or designated as a Retired Style are final sale. These items are not eligible for return, exchange or store credit.

Shipping
Items shipped or returned to sender are non-refundable.

Duties & Customs
Duties, customs, import taxes, etc. are non-refundable.

Damaged Goods
If your item arrived damaged or defected, please send us an email to orders@noblenorth.co within 48 hours of the received date, including your order number.

Exchanges (Canada Only)
Our exchange policy lasts 30 days with receipt of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, all tags & stickers must still be intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you meet the criteria above, please send us an email to orders@noblenorth.co, including your order number and we will be happy to exchange your item for something of equal value or store credit.

Exchanges - Shipping Address (Canada Only)
To exchange your item, please mail your item to: 133 Weber St. N, Unit 3-321, Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, N2J 3G9. Please include your name and order number.

The customer will be responsible for paying all shipping costs to exchange the item, including reshipping any exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your exchanged item.
